I'm sorry, I don't know who samzenpus is. All that I see is a legitimate article/headline that's getting bashed because of preconceived notions based on fear that somewhere some municipality might regulate how people dispose of their trash.
I am libertarian/conservative, and I don't see the problem with local regulation of trash disposal.
Like a typical {political label goes here}, you only quoted the parts that backed up your ideology.
The fact that Adam Smith understood the need for taxes and tarrifs fails to refute the parent's claim that he supported capitalism. Even "right wingers" understand the need for taxes, unless that are all out anarchists.
I got mine a week ago. I couldn't get it to work on Linux, and it has been sitting in the box since then.
Version 3.2 was just a black screen, so I tried rolling back to 2.5c and got something but it was skewed in a weird diamond pattern.
the average time served for kidnapping is 52 months
I can only imagine that the average kidnapping involves a parent that lacks custody or something more mundane than what we are use to seeing on TV. The damage this guy did is likely more comparable to burning the whole building to the ground. Well... maybe that's taking it a bit far, but it serves my point.
This isn't just about a single person or an isolated incident. The BLM has been rubbing locals the wrong way in Nevada for some time now. This includes events that lead to the local sheriff (Tony DeMeo) threatening to arrest BLM agents for illegal search and seizures against his constituents.

4) "The people of the United States should be forbidden to have in their possession any firearms, or any other type of weapon. The possession of weapons can make it difficult to collect taxes and dues and supports rebellion."
Was it: A) FDR, B) Al Gore, C) Truman, or D) Harry Reid?
Toyotomi Hideyoshi was the closest one I could find for #4
You'll notice that when you watch cartoons on NetFlix that when there is scene scrolling or lots of changes across frames, that the quality will go down which is probably due to the mpeg layer compression that they are using to minimize the amount of data transfer, so it can't be processed on the client side.
Dedicated hardware also performs better per the cost especially when it comes to disk io. I've experienced minutes of waiting time just making a MySQL database around 15 tables none having more than 5000 rows, whereas it was nearly instantaneous on my local machine.
I've also experienced a lack of consistency on EC2. If someone is watching an episode of the smurfs where it is raining, you will notice a difference.
post grrrrr!

Did you read my comment that you replied to? I said that they see disposing of food in a landfill vs compost as a waste. The headline is legit.
Apparently they see that disposing of food in trash bins instead of compost is a waste. I don't see the problem with the headline.
So, yes, there's plenty of mechanical energy to harvest. The problem is that it might also be stronger than the stuff you've built.
It sounds like the same problem as cold fusion. Perhaps someone should try to develop dry wave power. =P

Perhaps it is because the university is more about indoctrination than education.

Karate Champ on the Nintendo - The only reason I kept playing that game was to fight the bull in the screenshot on the back of the box.
Go where the sharks ARENT!
They'll have to invent another buoy that tells you where the sharks aren't.

Avoiding a blood bath over a cattle grazing dispute seems reasonable.

I don't see why it would be any different than any other business that writes off the cost of electricity and equipment.
Perhaps if the Bible said '7 units of time' then there wouldn't be such a big emotional fuss over such a meaningless argument.
