This is actually a very good idea, (I was going to
introduce this one myself, but j0el beat me to it!).
However Alaska Air (West Coast Airline) flys into Khabarovsk, and they have an airfreight service.
Another idea would to be to contact some of the companies on this site:
http://bisnis.doc.gov/bisnis/country/rfe-usco.ht m
who have a business presence in Khabarovsk. They should be able to give you an idea on how to get something shipped there.
Keep in mind the information on this site

regarding customs regulation and importing stuff.
I don't think so... I have ripped dozens of CDs at work in MP3 format. Using RealJukebox, I can listen to the CD as the songs are being copied. I can usually listen to 2-3 songs in the time the entire CD is copied to my HD. I can do several in an hour.
Actually "sometime in the next year" is really in the last two months. I have a friend who upgraded to the two-way. He also got the digital TV package (150+ channels). He pays about $75/mo for the service. His service is spotty at best. They (SpeedChoice) have yet to work out all the bugs. Their problems seem more hardware related.
They had to bring out a larger antenna to correct some reception problems he was having for a few weeks. Gave him 2 mo credit tho.
This is what I was thinking about when they said that Sony would have to relearn their buisness.
I can see a Sony TV with a PS 2 and some well placed stereo speakers doing away with some home theaters. DVD capable vs Sony DVD players; Audio CD capable vs Sony Audio CD players; include MPG3 capable (Internet audio and video), cable box capable. And oh yeah, replace your PC monitor with a 27 - 35 inch TV monitor. I can see how a $500 - $700 box would do well.
What are the chances that the 'standard' format is a M$ Word Doc format.... I know that I have seen that WAY too often in the corprorate world.

Good luck.
small nit..
the battery holder is only necessary if you desire to use the module sans Visor.
It basically replaces the Visor as the power source.
Nice if you want to use the slot for something else and still want your MP3's.
Of course as others have mentioned, there are cheaper solutions.
According to an earlier post, for analogy this to hold, this license would be posted INSIDE the store.
It came out a few weeks ago, and a Phoenix radio station held a screening at a local theater. Other than that, it is (for now anyway) only on Starz.
