Documents previously released under FOIA show that the DHS has a long-standing policy of warrantless (and even motiveless) seizures at the border, essentially removing any traveler's right to privacy.
Obama has been in the White House for over 7.5 years, if he didn't agree with this, he'd have stopped it by now - look how fast he 'solved' the transgender bathroom problem in every public school in the country, surely he could rein in DHS even quicker, if he wanted to...
Guess he doesn't want to.
Interesting.
The free market wouldn't have special visa programs like H-1B, foreigners would have to immigrate here to work here, same as everyone else, a much more expensive and time-consuming process than the H-1B visa process.
Netflix Stock Price Tanks As Customers Quit Over Higher Prices
My subscription price didn't go up - people that had lower prices because of grandfathered rates that expired saw their subscription price rise to what everyone else pays.
That doesn't really seem like a price 'hike' as much as the end of a discount.

The change in the law was to require the DoJ to actually have a current factual basis to micro-manage and oversee elections in that state. That there were problems in particular states pre-1965 doesn't mean the federal government will forever observe elections there.
Basically the law inserted federal officials into state elections based on historical events that occurred prior to the signing of the bill, once signed into law, there was no path for a state to come off the 'watch list'.
Democrats controlled the senate with a supermajority...
As a reminder, it doesn't take a supermajority to control the senate - as proof, you need look no further than the current Senate where Republicans control it without a supermajority... Same with the House. The value of a supermajority is the ability to override a Presidential veto, as I recall - it only takes 51 votes to pass legislation in the Senate.
If these two states flipfor Hillary, she wins the election outright. Otherwise, she will need to fliptwo or three other battleground states to win.
If Hillary has to flip these few states, from what is she flipping them from? From her opponent, of course. And as I said, flipping is harder than keeping, IMHO.
If Obama won Ohio and Florida last presidential election, why does Hillary have to flip them to her favor?
Hillary needs to flip two states, probably Florida and Ohio, to win the election. Trump will have to flip over quite a few more states to come in striking distance of winning the election.
So you are saying Trump has Florida and Ohio, unless Hillary can flip them? Keeping states is easier than flipping them in my opinion.
I just hope that enough seats flip in Congress to prevent Republicans from obstructing Hillary for the next eight years the same way they obstructed Obama for the last eight years.
Uh, no.
Dems controlled House & Senate for first two years, the Dems had to pass PPACA (Obamacare) before Scott Brown was sworn in, taking Ted Kennedy's vacated senate seat.
Then Republicans took the House and Dems controlled the Senate for 4 more years, until the republicans took control of the Senate for the last two years of Obama's second term.
"I intend to do everything I can to make certain she will be the next president of the United States." Clinton, speaking after Sanders, declared: "We are joining forces to defeat Donald Trump!"

All you need to know about Trump's business savvy: If he had taken his inheritance and invested it in a simple index fund he would be a richer man today than he currently is.

Last I saw An exhaustive review of all senior members of his department turned up a couple dozen work-related emails that various members of his team sent to/from private email account... Hillary withheld 100% of every work-related email from her time in office outside the reach of FOIA requests for her entire term PLUS two years, turning them over only after her lawyers reviewed each and every one of them.
That is not 'the same thing' - not even close.
Honestly, the Wikipedia Article on this is pretty good.
The RNC email accounts were established to avoid violating the Hatch Law, forbidding the use of government resources for political purposes... How do Democrats engage in political activities without using government resources? Probably by setting up their own email server.
The activity that caused the RNC email server to be of interest was the discussions surrounding the firing of POLITICAL APPOINTEES in the Attorney General's office by political party members on a private, political party-managed server... That was it.
This is somehow 'tech-related' because the safety and convenience features driving up the cost of automobiles?
News flash - cars are going to get more expensive in 2018:
Beginning in 2018, Detroit automakers will be on the hook for the so-called Cadillac tax, a 40 percent excise tax on company-sponsored health plans as part of the Affordable Care Act. Employers will be taxed on health coverage that costs more than $10,200 for individuals or $27,500 for a family.
So Hillary:
Unintentionally hired a consultant
Unintentionally bought a server
Unintentionally paid the consultant monthly to manage the server
Unintentionally secured a political appointment job in State Dept IT group (the first-ever political IT appointment)
Unintentionally used her private server exclusively for all work emails
Unintentionally retained 30,000 emails for two years after she left office
That's a little hard to swallow, don't you think?
The email server used under Bush 43 was an RNC email server established to allow gov't officials to handle party business of of gov't servers.
Are you going to argue that RNC and DNC officials should conduct party business on Gov't servers? That is illegal, just as campaigning from your office is (Greyson did this from his office, Gore solicited donations from his VP office, etc) - politicians set up private offices near their official offices to conduct party/campaign business.
If the RNC was wrong for having a private RNC email server, wouldn't the DNC be wrong to conduct party business on gov't servers?
The issue as I recall was that the RNC 'lost' 2m emails, but everything died down when off-site backup tapes were found and no significant violations were found in the missing emails.
Thought exercise - what if General Petraeus (sp) ran for President, would he get national security briefings just like other candidates would? If he won the election would he magically get back his Security Clearance?
Why didn't the DNC hire the same consultant Hillary hired to secure her private email server - it was apparently impervious to hackers?
