With a population of 126000 I'm not sure Guildford qualifies for the description "tiny village".
What's with the US/Canada limitation? Does your crazy government class them as munitions? :-)
Duh! The definition is *digits*. If you're going to take the whole number then 1999-11-21 is an odd date. Gee, a whole two days to wait.
If you're an American, 11/13/1999 is before 11/19/1999. If you're not an American, 11/13/1999 isn't a real date. HTH John
