Taste would still deteriorate with time in most foods. Not all chemical changes are suspended just because moisture is reduced. But don't let science interfere with your stupid beliefs.
Anybody can count cards. Despite what casinos say, it's a skill, not a cheat. Hopefully one day a bunch of card counters will do a class action number on the casinos. You should not be discriminated against because you aren't stupid.
YHBT. Also, at the time of the supposed deletion, there was no thread to delete. And who would even notice, never mind care, if an AC comment was deleted anyway. Too bad there is no option to both browse at -1 and to not display AC comments.
Won't do any good until they also ban number spoofing and throttle the number of calls per hour from any one overseas source. Ditto for VoIP packets. Let them post a bond for more access, and if there are too many complaints, the complainers get the money. Too many complaints coming from a single carrier - block all calls from that carrier's network. Gives them motivation to not just sell the $-%%)#@ boiler rooms another block of numbers to call from.
And we all know how bad excessive salt is. Putting enough salt into bread buns to keep them from going mouldy, and enough hfcs to isguise the saltiness, is disgusting.
There was no court order forcing Blackberry to give up the decryption keys to the RCMP. Just Chen being his incompetent self, doing further damage to the brand. He bent over to look like a good corporate citizen to the previous government.
Businesses do nhot make decisions the same way that consumers do. That's why they have IT departments. And those IT departments would have heard about Blackberry's willingness to give them up without a fight.
And yes, I have health problems. Tey put restrictions on what I can and can't do. That doesn't mean I will die younger - everyone is an individual. I could make it past 100, who knows?
My SIN (the Canadian equivalent of a SSN) is NOT public. The government now advises never to carry the certificate (we no longer issue cards) on you. It's only for government use (employers can have it for reporting earnings, and banks for financial transactions. If you don't want t o give your SIN, all mone entering the account will be subject to a percentage being withheld.
Your taxes are NOT public - otherwise why the big deal about candidates revealing (or not) their personal tax records?
We have universal health care here, and my Medicare # is not public knowledge either. It's only to be used as a way to access health care and other services. And this your bank can't ask for. Nor your employer, or anyone else.
Birth certificates? You need to be the person, or someone mandated by them, to be able to go down to the archives and look or have at a copy. An birth certificate or record of birth also has a serial number, and if you report it stolen, they will issue a new one and invalidate the old one.
And good luck getting it if the individual has changed their sex. The old one is invalid and must be returned.
If you're that carefree with your personal data, you should be worried.
Driver's licenses are just find for photo ID, as are passports.
They didn't just deny it, they went to the mat to lie about it. It wasn't FUD, by in large is was outright lies. Everyone who spoke out were called tin foil hat wearing, paranoid, delusional loons.
The need to get on their knees and suck dick. Eating crow doesn't begin to address it.
Yu'd actually let them come into physical contact with your private parts? Give them your DNA too? I think they'd like that.
And what was keeping them from challenging the RCMP in the courts - both the court of law and the court of public opinion? Apple won both of those battles.
There will be no "rise up from the ashes" after global warming in a couple of decades. Even if we just stayed at levels of a decade ago, there would be several decades of continued warming because of the thermal inertia of the oceans. And the world is not going to stay at those levels. It's likely that nobody alive today will see global warming end.
Also, building a wall to keep someone out isn't aggressive. Ever hear of "good fences make good neighbors"? Then again, if you tried to invade, Russia and China would also step in. Neither one can afford to see the US control most of the northern continent.
The real risk is a nuclear exchange because, unlike after the cold war, both east and west are arming up again, and there are other players as well.
You have hospitals that can't provide proper care because of a shortage of latex gloves and syringes and basic medicines. And now the biggest riots in decades over waste, corruption, and spending billions on the olympics while cutting education funding and having teachers who haven't been paid in months going on strike.
Also, you're a liar. You wrote:

You just did exactly that. BTW, my country has fewer domestic problems than either the US or the UK., The schools are funded, there's free healthcare for all, the police aren't going around shooting people with real bullets (the US) or the Brazil riots (rubber bullets). And we stand to benefit from global warming. The only actic nation that won't is the US. For the 7 others (Canada, Denmark (Greenland & The Faroe Islands), Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Russia) life will get better. Brazil will get worse.
This does not mean I am in favour of global warming. I'm not - and there is no way that the world will meet the 2 degree limit, never mind the 1.5 degree limit, so we're all kind of screwed. Just some places will be less screwed.
A Brazilian congressional commission on Wednesday recommended a bill that forbids authorities from blocking popular messaging applications, just two days after a judicial order left 100 million Brazilians without Facebook Inc's WhatsApp.
Brazilians have this judge to thank for that. Award the judge today's Law of unintended consequences prize.
Do you believe anything they say any more? India required that ALL communications be accessible, not just consumer devices. So the fact that they only mentioned consumer devices is just to make you not ask about BES.
Correspondence reviewed by ET, however, shows that the solution demonstrated by RIM can intercept all BlackBerry services. A telecom department official also confirmed that corporate emails would form part of the services that the government will be able to monitor.
They set up and then gave BES servers to the government So RIM's Enterprise servers weren't compromised because those servers were no longer RIM's property.
The Canadian smartphone maker, which had set up servers and other interception facilities in Mumbai last year after India had threatened to shut down BlackBerry services, has now handed over this infrastructure to Indian agencies, internal government documents reviewed by ET reveal.
Encryption doesn't help when they also send a copy to government servers that is encrypted with the government's key. Not hard to push out in a software update.
Not hard to say you never gave the decryption key to BES when you've pushed out a software update that also sends a plain-text copy to the powers that be.

we saw from the failure of 3d to be a real selling point for TVs (3d or a larger screen for the same price - bigger wins)..
if you want a better more immersive experience, spend the money on better audio.
The problem is that Microsoft is trying to Horn in on the market it doesn't have but that's already taken over by the smartphones.
it's pretty easy to "recover" something that was not deleted in the first place.

Unlike the US, judges in the provincial and federal courts are not elected, so once appointed, the judges really don't have to suck up to politicians.
How would anyone be able to tell? What can be more disgusting than a McDonalds hamburger and fries that looks the same after 6 years?

Exactly. The Internet routes around damage.
What's next? Prostituting your own children for money?
Blackberry's been around quite a while, and there's no whore like an old whore (or so I'm told).
