But what if the "username" was simply 12312305 and your username was "2342346"
and next year we all get a new number? It'd be like a checksum of sorts.
Shouldn't we have the option as to whether or not we want our votes to be anonymous? I mean, people are pretty verbal on Facebook with the parties they support, and people even order signs to stick into their lawn etc.
Is there any need for voting to be 100% anonymous anymore?
Hang on, there are negative effects to piracy? I'd say a solid 90% of the stuff I own I pirated before buying it legitimately. Until the write a law that allows me to get my money back on media that sucks, I don't see there being any negative effect for the consumer on piracy.
I've never heard anybody bicker about Pixel art before. Heck, there are plenty of pixel art-based games out there. The Binding of Isaac, Monaco, Hotline Miami, etc. The list goes on.
What the world REALLY needs, is more love for ANSI art. Now there's a difficult medium to work with.
"If Spotifyâ(TM)s current free user base just paid â1/£1/$1 every three months, it [would no longer be free, and a good portion of those people would find another service or go back to pirating]."
Came here to say the same thing. It's equal parts dumb and annoying. They might as well just toss a hashtag to the start to drive home the annoying factor. #SCANDALGATE.
Why would anybody want this? I can't think of any mobile apps that would be useful on a regular computer. Most of the really useful mobile apps are only really specific to the fact they're being run on a mobile device, and/or are really only helpful for bridging a gap between a phone and a computer.
"...we would have liked to bring our great products to new cities..."
I'm not American, but as I understand somehow cities are run by one ISP only or something like that? Wouldn't a better approach for them "to bring our great products to new cities" be to lobby and break this system so that they can enter new cities alongside their competitors? Maybe build some healthy competition?
Yeah yeah, I know, that'll never happen... but somebody should at least call them on their crap, since this would be the best way for them to get to do what they want to do.
But there's no way to prove that what you hit on the machine is actually where your vote went in the system.

Not too sure. Never played Exitilus.
Personally, I was fond of Ambroshia: Test of Time. http://ambroshiabbs.proboards....

I am both overjoyed and lost for words that such a patent exists.
How can you patent something that's already in production and exists?! I'm gonna patent farting!
NASA to send new space probe "Skype" in to fill its place.
Ah. That would make a bit more sense.
