These balsa planes are too small to carry explosives or chemical hazards. But a few ounces of bio-warfare cargo like ebola, or hoove & mouth, anything else some crazy can think off. Probably the most economically damaging and easiest to pull off would be to fly a crop disease. Too bad the winds move from west to east, I'd make a nice little surpirse package for China.

There is no such thing as Nuclear pollution. If you look back a 100 years ago, natural gas was thought to be "pollution" left over from oil drilling. Now that natural gas has a use, it is a valuable resource.
Consider that long range space probes generate power by converting radiation to electricity. Plutonium is normally used due to it's high radioactivity to mass. Fill a large generator box with nuclear waste, generating electricity from radioactivity. Then the box is full of nuclear fuel, not waste as it is being used to generate power. And, if it is locked in a boz generating power, then you can't call it pollution.
Funny way to store radiactive waste, in every home generating clean power.
Government endoresed hack attacks would seem to make Germany a "rouge" nation, and to protect the integrity of the Net, it would be a shame if the US ISP's had to refuse accepting / forwarding packets to Germany.
I work in a computer control room, and we have an enviornmental monitoring PC, and when there is an alert, HAL says "I've just picked up a fault in the AE-35 unit"
I also have a sign posted on the PC sayin "AE-35 Enviornmental systems unit"
So when the manager comes in and gives a tour every other month or so (thats how often she comes in here) she (unknowingly) also refers to it as that.

The DreamCast is better then PS2 because:
1: $99 vs $299
2: The BEST sports games on any console, virtua Tennis, NFL 2k1, NBA 2k1
3: The BEST RPGS, Skys of Arcadia, Phantasy Star Online, Record of Lodoss (far better then Diablo), Shenmue
4: The BEST fight games (all things Capcom)
5: The BEST driving games, Crazy Taxi, Daytona, Metroplis Street Racer, F355
6: The BEST action games, Jet Grind Radio
7: The BEST FPS, Quacke 3, Unreal. With no modem, the PS2 version sucks!
8: It has a modem and games that support it
Really, the Dreamcast is cheaper, has far better games then the PS2, it has a modem, and the graphics and sounds are near identical to the PS2. The best PS2 game still doesn't look better then the best DC game. If only Sega started putting out online games 6 months earlier it may have really caught on. PSonline is incredible, the fact that you can chat with people who don't speak your own language using the ingame features is really ahead of it's time.
