Yes, exactly. This is, in fact, blatant hypocracy. Being for DRM, but for some standard that has not been met and will probably never be met, as it has to fluctuate to meet the need of the user, is very similar to pointing out that communism has never been implemented as a government, properly, and therefore, it is not a bankrupt philosophy.
It's an example of the No True Scotsman fallacy of logic. As soon as something gets in the way, it is no longer 'true and perfect' DRM.
You know what? I don't buy it. X-Box software running on non-Power CPUs? FUD and vaporware, that's my gut feeling, here. A tactical strike against the PS3.
Truthfully, I picked up the adapter because it was $15, and I was sick of typing in gameshark codes. Now I can download them. Yeah, I'm a very casual player.
I happen to really, really, really like Black Sabbath. Surprising, right? I have this box set of Black Sabbath: The Ozzy Years. Had it in my car's CD changer for twelve years. Now, it was a hard set to find, so I use burnt copies of the CD. In those twelve years, the changer cart has been stolen once, been sat on once, and the discs tend to wear out about every six or eight months. So, yeah, twenty copies are easy to do, if you like one album and don't want to keep on buying it.
All I want is to have my game in one monitor, and my web browser in the other. Is that too much to ask? Some games (KOTOR) won't even run in windowed mode.
They've been available for months. As the Standard Reference Document at www.opengamingfoundation.org or at www.rpgbooks.com The RPGbooks deal is pretty good. Order the PDF, and every time there's an update, they'll tell you and you get it for free. I keep a copy on my Palm.

City of Heroes can be played using WinE. Er. Cedega. Whichever. Either the free or expensive version.

I rather like how they have http://g.msn.com/0PNENUS/1?http://c.moreover.com/c lick/here.pl?z181268067&z=50237909 an article saying Google's IPO is too high on their anti-google newsbot.

Interestingly, the Nokia N-Gage is listed as one of the affected phones.
Anyone got the scoop on what that means? How long will non-850s last?
Does any supplier besides AT&T give service to the N-Gage?

Actually, I got bored and looked at this through IE. The smart quotes show up as question marks there, too. E-Sabbath
