hasn't it been known for at least two years that WEP is insecure ?

Since the FBI didn't write the tools, why did they bother having a FBI computer scientist at the event ?

Looking at that photo, perhaps canivore was named after the programmers developing the application.

we've come a long way since we could be convinced to pay a premium for piss like fosters.

The funny thing is no-one here (in Australia) drinks Fosters....and that's the only beer that the world think Aussies drink.
I guess alot can be said for marketing or perception.

Also expect some law suits from Americans about the product you guys sell as "beer"

we're smart enough to export the sh*t we don't drink, no one here drinks Fosters. Anyway, you americans can hardly talk about the quality of beer, with the crap you guys peddle.

Limiting outgoing TCP connections via the Windows Firewall is the smallest of problems relating to DCOM with XP SP2.

Security changes including new computer-wide DCOM restrictions and the blocking of anonymous DCOM connections with callbacks ( by default), means that DCOM apps that never really bothered to look at a proper security during design, will now need rework into order to operate with XP SP2. In some cases this will mean patches or new exes, and in some probably faqs to customers on how to setup permissions properly in dcomcnfg.

i agree that these events are the most worst acts of terrorism in history.

i believe that the perpertrators of these acts should be brought to justice, but not from miltary intervention, where more innocent lives would be lost.

America, as a superpower and a participant in negotiations in the Middle East peace process, should show leadership in this situation in not stooping to the level of the terrorists.

Retaliation from the US at this point in time would be very contradictory since it was only the other month that the US told Israel to show restraint over the pizza shop suicide bombing.
