We nerds and geeks see devices such as this come and go, alas they seem like good ideas but either become vaporware, or turn out to be pieces of utter crap in the end. Let us all hope that this will be the exception to the rule, for the lazy bastard in all of us, or for those of us who are just too good for a generic mouse.
I believe that any form of censorship, and yes folks, this is censorship is wrong. Now I do not and never will condone ignorant and/or hateful speech, but even Europe should learn that in order to maintain a free society, a government should allow freedom of speech, even if that speech is not touchy-feely. Remember, even the idiots have the fundamental right to free speech!
This development may be that step in the right direction that Transmeta, and for that matter Intel and Linux need at this point. I would really hate to see a great company such as Transmeta go by the wayside, because variety is good. Maybe Intel finally realizes that there is life after Windows.
