Quick question for the midnight coders out there - how many years till you retire?
Can you keep up this pace when your 30.. 40.. 50..
I'm not a great fan of Unions at the best of times, but it sucks the way some IT workers are expected to give up their lives for some company.
If I'm going to burnout - I'll do it making ME rich, not my boss.
apart from the people who use *nix, there are a lot out there who only use mutliple versions of MS stuff (Win9x/Me/2000).
If MS pisses off these people who *like* using their products then it makes the open source stuff look even more attractive.
