The same program can be used to capture frames in a regular interval to make "accelerated" videos

Very simple... I paid for fast internet access, and I want use it 100% of the time, if possible, at maximum speed. If the ISP is not prepared for such traffic, it's their problem.
The AMD Athlon(TM) XP processor with performance-enhancing cache memory features 64K instruction and 64K data caches for a total of 128K L1 cache and 512K of integrated, on-chip L2 cache for a total of 640K of full-speed, on-chip cache.
So... will I be able to run MS-DOS programs directly from the processor cache?;D
In my experience, the ideal light is reched bya a combination of fluorecent and incandecent lights w/ dimmer in separate switches. This way you can have a strong white light, a strong light not so white and a very dark yellow light by tunning the dials...
My motherboard, processor, videobord, SDRAM, etc will be *long* gone, as they are already 1yr old.It will be a good time to change it all an get some extra-extra-extra performance;D

Banco do Brasil supports Mozilla/Netscape.
They have implemented a java based 'virtual keyboard' a while ago and this broke mozilla support. Then, when java 1.4 was out, every thing was back to normal. I could use on-line banking from anywhere again.

I use Slackware 8.1 and a uptodate linux kernel plus latest patches and fixes. None *ever* crashed or cracked...
I don't see any need for RedHat AS... don't know what's the advantage...
