We live in a Universe - it's contained by the boundary between everything we can touch and all that stuff that might be out there but we can't in any way get to it.
I don't know what happens when and if we find an edge - perhaps we don't, we just curve around and return to earth. perhaps we just keep going.
There is no way to prove that other universes exist. If you could touch them (or detect them) they would be part of this universe.
Still if you saw a marble sitting on the sidewalk, would you automatically assume that it was the only marble ever made?
But it takes so long to charge a battery, but the hydrogen tank fills up just like a gas tank.
Properly designed tanks don't explode.
Oh Noes back to hydrogen.
Here in Sacramento SMUD has a hydrogen fueling station. It's got banks of photovoltaic cells on the roof.

Also you may begin to wonder why there always seems to be a police car behind you. (even two or three cars away) In other words you have a reasonable chance to find out you are being watched.
Bear in mind as well that these documents always over egg the pudding
British idiom... do you mean they add features they don't care about only to drop them while negotiating?
Add to that the ship is tracking the whereabouts of each crew member at all times.
So that adds a factor of "Where you are" I suppose it's done with combadges though so perhaps only a "what you have"
Take a look at vidoop
They present you with some pictures - you pick out the ones that fall into the catagories that you picked earlier (picture A is a space-station, Picture E is a Dog, Picture F is a car. so you can enter A, E and F in any order
The letters and pictures change next time but one will still be of a space-station, one of a Dog, one of a Car.
Anyone who holds your credit card can charge until you report it stolen.
Nothing stops anyone from breaking and entering your house except "law" - brick+window, or crowbar + back door, or bumpkey + front door = entry.
Your workplace has a kind of password - the people you work with recognise you. Try walking into some random place where you don't work - even a big company where there are too many employees for everyone to recognize everyone.
You may be able to cart off a computer with the right ploy. On the other hand you might just get the "Who are you? Call security"
Whereas The government is too busy bickering with themselves to do their job.
Whereas The people of the state are harmed by the lack of a budget year after year.
We Propose that if a budget is not completed by the deadline, the previous budget is automatically re-enacted except Each legislator and the Governor get a 5% pay cut. During the period of the next two years the legislators may not raise their own pay.
They (the legislators)may only raise their pay again with the second budget they enact on time.
yeah, since the cops don't know the plate is cloned they should find and stop both cars. Once they determine that the plate is cloned the original gets a new free plate, the cloner gets the slammer.

It's all from fear that terrorists would use pictures taken to plan an attack.

Sort of a balance thing then?
To simplify what you just said... power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Wasn't it a British fellow who originally said that?
What is the watered down version... ISPs and such still have to collect the data, but it's not centralized? Don't the ISPs do this now?
Bear in mind as well that these documents always over egg the pudding British idiom... do you mean they add features they don't care about only to drop them while negotiating?

Somthing held = a card with 1000 5 letter sequences.
Something known = The "algorithm" you change those 5 letter sequecnes:

The host chalenges with a number: 567

You key in "ecSBEce10"
Possible Changes:
copy or move:2
To the beginning or End:2
First two
center three
last two
first three
last three:5
Reversing them or not:2
add 2 digit minute
add 2 digit day"2
To the beginning or end:2
add two known letters:26 * 26 = 676
prefix two know letters:26 * 26 = 676
36,558,080 combinations on top of the 1000
possible challenges..
Of course if the change algorithm gets too complicated you may have to write that down.
and that is why your password should never be a simple dictionary word.
If you do not wish a thing heard

Why should it take any time at all to undo - Backup the source before you change it. Restore it when needed.
(Or write it in a reasonable way so all you have to do is put back the data files)
