Is the crime downloading music, sharing music, or both?
and...
Is the RIAA just going after file-sharers in the USA, or are they trying to target people in Canada, the UK, etc?
I'm thinking countries with more progressive governments, even the ones with friendly extradition policies towards the US, would be a lot more willing to protect their citizens. I mean, what interest does the Canadian gov't have in the RIAA? I don't know, but I hope not much.:)
Lets face it, the GP32 hasn't been a juggernaut in the handheld scene. hell, most of you haven't even heard of it. There's a difference between a good underrated system and one that's going to flop. gp32 (which probably has the same fate as the dreamcast) is a great system and is much better than the gba in most departments. But here in north america most people need a cheaper way to satisfy their handheld needs.
But since it is a much smaller sized company than Nokia it has the option of keeping it's system localized to avoid any loss that might be incurred. Nokia doesn't have this option, with the huge design flaws and poor games the plan to mass produce and distribute to the millions of people in north america???? HA! i'm gunna count the days until nokia stops production of the n-gage
When you do a search for the term "
search engine" on google, Google.com comes back in 7th place. If google is going to pretend to be modest, it should at least be realistic and not rank excite and lycos above itself... HA!
The thing is, a lot of news sources can and do report events in an objective, in a sense, "removed" way.
In my opinion, america might the worst place for unbiases news because of the simple fact that america's sphere of influence is so huge. America's interests lie all over the globe. But if you look at a country like Canada, or say a smaller relatively independent country like Sweden, you will get a lot good open minded journalism. How much does Sweden really care about Liberia???:)
It's just my observation that countries who don't mess around in other countries business, yet care about the world as a whole, can bring you fairly honest reporting.
