So all of you apparent open source "supporters " aren't willing to support Mandrake by buying their shares unless it makes you money? Wow, talk about hypocritical. If Mandrake wants to raise money by selling stock to their supportersa instead of whoring out on NASDAQ, then count me in. I would rather know my money is going to further the development than paying some CEO or VP of Marketing a million a year. But maybe that's just me.
I realise that alot of people here dislike the "newbie" distros but if any of them can bring Linux to the mainstream it's Mandrake. I used to be a big RedHat believer but we've seen what's happened with them.
Does someone else see the conspiracy theory in this? AOL buys Netscape...runs it farther into the ground....and then announces they are supporting MS with Internet Explorer....a direct competitor of Netscape?

What's amazing is the level of hate people have towards MS that they let it distort things. The attack was a DoS attack, it just happened that they only used one router with all of their DNS on the same subnet. People make mistakes, regardless of how big the company.
