Thus it is impossible to run out of hydraulic fluid if the engine is running. The grids only operate for a few minutes and mostly when the main engines are off and thus require a separate system. The lightest system is a pressurized tank of hydraulic fluid which in this case was a tad too small. Close but no cigar.
