Sorry, but it's true. If MS doesn't incorporate support in their browser, the most of the world can't see it
Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. There are any number of media that are not supported by any browser directly but by plugins.
If a plugin is written for this, then there's no problem.

There are hundreds of existing chess variants, some of which have their own competitions. Some were designed by chess GMs (Capablanca chess is one example). Some GMs like to play other games of the chess family, and play them well. Depending on the specific rules, some concepts remain the same, so 20+ years of experience do not go out the window once you change any 'ole rule.
As to what it would to the AI, there's a commercial program called Zillions of Games http://www.zillions-of-games.com/
which plays a decent game of chess (I don't know how it would rate), with no book, no special knowledge of the game, no special tweaking for chess. The only thing the AI gets about chess, or about any of the other games it plays, is the rules. You can also write your own rules files, and many people have.
I love science and all the evidence in the world points to evolution, but I still believe in creationism.
I find this statement odd. There is an excellent book called "The Tower of Babel" which discusses the various species of Creationism and the evolution of Creationism in detail. The most common thing usually found in Creationist arguments is mis-understanding of the evidence and of the language. Starting with "it's only a theory" - thus assuming the fallacy that theory is the same as assumption. It's not. Assuming that science is just a different kind of faith. It's not. It may not be perfect but it provides a strict self-correcting mechanism for discovering how the world works. And it entirely depends on negative arguments.

In Chronicles II 4:2 the exact same verse appears except it doesn't have the extra letter on which the entire argument appears to be founded.
Next Microsoft will be claiming that "innovation" is their trademark... They can probably successfully argue that it does nto describe the product...
