    Worst was defined as (in my words) "drivers that feel that due to their postilion of authority and familiarity with the roads, they can all but throw the rules of the road out the window and drive fast, forget the turn signal, tailgate, and drive like it's a full on game of Mario-Kart."

    All this means is that ISPs will put a new, premium, service on their portfolios, priced at whatever it would cost them to install - or whatever they choose.

    With only 120 million euro to spend... they have to recoup their costs somehow!

    They are already getting ready to track us there too. The Lunar Positioning Service (LPS) will be online by decade's end. McDonald's is already working out franchise rights...
