One thing that I found very very hand for the cuecat was on my linux box. I installed the driver
then set my password to a particular UPC from a particular "Discounted grocery store" card, they give out for free that resided in my wallet. It would flawlessly (even seemed to have a carriage return, so at the login prompt, username, then scan, prompt). The result is a password that appears to really be random...
Hmmmm, am I am the only one happy with using a ear-supported headset? It actually makes sense driving, and heh heh, it gives you that "special ops" kinda look. Besides, then, you will get hip or gnad cancer from it being on your hip. Oh well...

Although it would be sexy, you would be paying for alot of hardware you would never use... ie. vga, svideo, modem etc..
