What? first, one is real and the other is something you made up... second, we don't get to see venus close to us very often so that's why it's talked about.
I'm thinking you're just trolling, but I figure I'll at least let you talk before we drop the floorboard.
You seem to associate the media and users as the same. Should everyone associate the media and America, as well? Anything Apple related and being commented on by the media should be taken with a grain of salt. They want something that will draw eyes, and it's mostly what they use.
Most Mac users think it's a neat invention, and probably will get it, but are about as abuzz about it as the world was during the move from VGA to SVGA in the industry of the past.
I must not live in the real world, since I've only ran into 2 places that even asked for a computer science degree without busting out into laughter and saying they were just kidding.
This possibly may be because it's a tablet-style interface, and is not trying to emulate a PC with a keyboard and mouse. That being said, you can use bluetooth keyboards.
Now, I know this is a radical thought, but how about you pay for your healthcare, I'll pay for mine, and you can keep your damn nose out of whatever the hell I want to do.
Mostly because insurance isn't some benevolent force that selflessly fixes you and nothing more. They're for profit, and if you cost them more they raise the cost across the board. (lately, targeting the people who make it raise, but I digress)
How about you stop being an idiot and acting like you're not effecting everyone else?
Question? How many lbs on the average does soda add to the obesity problem?
That's a vague question that has no real answer since it's not easy to say "six" or something like that. Sugar is a very simple carb (sucrose) that the body needs to do almost nothing to break down. That's the difference between complex carbs and simple carbs, and forces the body to burn energy during the metabolic process. So in short, it has quite a bit to do with what is eaten with it, but in no way does it help or even be neutral in the obesity problem when the obesity is created through extreme glucose imbalances.
Gym memberships are not necessary to keep obesity at bay. The ghetto concept is not even going to be in this conversation since it's a rarity.
Aspartame has been shown to have negative effects on the body for decades now. There's no disputing that part. Cancer is the icing on the cake which is just waiting for definitive clinical proof through multiple studies.
Other than textedit...
Define "good".
Think about when PPC was out. Okay, we won't wait for you to think about it, wifi was not readily used with the hardware. (or even ON the machines)
You can stop trying to think now.
What?

I don't need the "retina" aspect of it, I want the _pixels_.
I do not think retina means what you think it means...
How many apps had problems with the shift from Vista to Windows 7? Or XP to Vista?
As the GP said... lol

I've been doing Unix work since 1998.
If you don't have a smartphone, and you only played with an android, you don't know the difference.
Therefor, you are just a toy.
Yes, that's an iOS 4 feature.
Yeah, you'd have to use the absinthe security patch with version 5.1.1.
Since 6 isn't out yet, we can't exactly speak for it.
You gotta admit, technically they're right.

Wait... you base productivity and such on.. the name?
Seriously?
I mean, even as a drinking joke that wouldn't even be funny... wtf dude?
Nooo, I liked the "internet" better than "email"....
Cigarettes are not sold by the ounce, at least not in America.
Filtered Water is $0.25/gallon where I live... of course, you provide your own container.
We'll remember that when you need your valves worked on.
*looking at insurance card* "Nope, he's a class 3, ship him to wing B for discharge."

Sugar is actually sucrose.
By that logic we should be putting federal subsidies into a lotto of the population that will be executed.
It's cheaper to buy a bullet.

So, you're saying that quite possibly religion might have ulterior motives?
*gasp*!
