If the data still exists in the "netherworld"

I think an amusing governmental solution
for the eu would be to open up trade in
"modchips" for dvd players. That way the
consumers can pull out macrovision while
they're at it and the studios would really
be at a loss.
So they could just threaten to do that,
really...:o)
