"A study of 57 healthy people found the video pill can safely pass through the digestive tract."
Well, it can safely pass through the digestive tract of healthy people - people who will never need to pass one through their digestive tracts. So for all they know it'll kill the people who actually end up using it, 'cause they're not healthy people. Smart. Ain't logic a wonderful thing. ------------------------------------------ --------
Oh, rubbish. This company wants their product to stand out from the crowd of other surgical implements so they can get more sales. They're doing it by riding on the back of the extreme popularity of something they have no rights to, and so not only are they screwing over Lucas, they're screwing over competing manufacturers who didn't decide to take the cheap route by breaking the law and marketing their devices through similar means. ------------------------------------------ --------

Thats why I never got the joke about Ford thinking that "Ford Prefect" would be nicely inconspicuous. When did they change over to Ford Escorts here in the uk? I don't recall a time before them (born in 77). -------------------------------------------- ------
I thought it was pretty much an offence not to use french words in france (as a french person/company etc) as the french culture ministry is paranoid that their language is becoming sullied through over-use of english words when french equivilants exist (or even when they don't, bizzarly).
*I* know languages evolve and all that, but the french cultural ministry doesn't seem to want it to, by force of law (or at least fines).
I could be wrong. It could have been Eurotrash having a laff.
Also I can't imagine NASA would want to tarnish their "wholesome" image in this way. I doubt porn flicks will lead the way in zero-g movies in the new module for PR reasons first and foremost. --------------------------------------- -----------
But all of this is irrelevant as the dictionary definition of "monopoly" and the legal definition of "monopoly" do not have to be anywhere near the same -------------------------------------------- ------
not only is Illustrator a dictionary word, but Killustrator *isn't*, so Killustrator has more of a right to defend their name than Adobe do.
Adobe do. Thats cool. Adobe do bedobedobedo ------------------------------------ --------------
You should read the Evening Standard (london) she told them all about this sometime last week in a personal interview.
