The moon has not atmosphere silly, so the rays coming from the sun are not deflected by anything so that solar panels will be able to absorb more light than they would just about anywhere on earth.

It really wouldn't be dream chip for overclockers. It would be just the opposite as it would make it impossible to do any overclocking since it runs at the highest speed it can already.
I would like you to note the fact that they are hiring eletrical technicians, to help with patents gadgets. I don't know a single nerd that doesn't love a new toy.
