If I recall corectly, Hyperloop one is building a Maglev train in a vacuum tube, not a "hovercraft" in a low pressure tube. This company should really be called Maglev one, since it is not in fact constructing hyperloops. Nothing new here.
I would be curious to hear about the technology behind Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, it seems to me that it's regular hyperloop tech.
