I've had problems in the past and I was wondering if there are any cd burners/roms out there that could actually tell the OS how many errors there were on the cd? I would be interested in checking out the number of errors of any system backups I made so I could duplicate the ones that didn't come out so good.
When I ditch my crt display I want to be able to replace it with something that doesn't have a refresh rate. LCD's are great for this, I don't want another scanning based display that will keep on flickering on me. My display runs at 85Hz and it isn't fast enough.
The other great thing about LCD's is the image isn't distorted. OLED's like LCD's would have both properties, let's not take another step back when we get something new.

Ok so it is only a clip of their bird flying, but
it is clearly from the NBC feed. It appears there
are ways to get clips on the web after all.
I expect that is the reason microsoft was able to get in the server business in the first place, and that is the reason Linux has to get in the desktop market. When bosses are running windows on their desktop they think, if it is good enough for me it is good enough for the server, after all they sell a server version. That is why we need to develope as a desktop, so they have Linux and they decide that is what the sever needs to run also.
This guy claims if people weren't doing desktop development it would be a better server. I disagree. The reason people are doing desktop development is because they think they can improve something. If they had windows on their desktop they would be programming windows or but not a Linux server.
They should have included two Compact Flash slots. How am I going to get a 1 gig IBM MicroDrive and a IEEE 802.11b wireless lan card in there at the sime time?
$2000 Wearable
$400 Microdrive
$200 twiddler2
$35 twiddler2 USB option
gives you a small system with a big price tag
$2635 but otherwise you are left with too little memory only a mouse input with the base system. It has potential we'll see.
How are they going to possibly count the number of bacteria floating around your system? Give the person too few and they don't get better, too many can't be good either.

Too bad for a while the VCR was picking up a channel the cable company must have been getting from another time zone and ways always off by an hour.
I naturally went back to manually setting it.

Anyone want to venture a guess as to why this wasn't posted under the Microsoft classification?

The manual says '3.8 hours on low power, 2.6 hours on full power'.
I normally get about ~70 minutes if I'm luckey. Once I got 2hr 50min with the LCD off. It is really annoying because it goes from about 60% to 2%.
