Do you not know the definition of the word "implied"?
Your request is not relevent. If you believe I am mistaken, then elaborate.
On the other hand, I know quite a few marriage councelors that consider consummation of a marriage as a requirement (multitude of reasons). One might then reason that children would be inevitable in a marriage, save for the relatively recent innovations in birth control methods.
Unfortunately, it seems that the majority favors the FMA. If so, and if the members of the Houses vote in accordance to the wishes of the majority, then it does indeed have a very good chance of passing. Maybe we'll visit you on your island; maybe not.
The concept of marriage is actually religious in nature. It only appears to be social in nature because *gasp* the USA was founded more or less on Biblical principles, and/or by folks that believed in the same. (Okay, so the previous country's social structure likely had a lot to do with it, but what was the official Church of England? The Catholic church?) You don't need to be married to propogate. However, propogation is generally in the best interests of the government to expand its power and tax base (read: "resources"), and as such, it provides those that choose to declare their formal implied intent to propogate with certain benefits.
Fastforward to today, where we have a group of people that are physically unable to propogate the species, yet want the same benefits provided to those who can and are (implied) doing so.
So, here's a likely-crappy comparison for you: "I'm a lard-ass, but I want an Olympic gold medal for my last-place performance in the 100-meter dash!" If I get my medal, won't that cheapen the existing gold medal winners' victory to a certain extent? If so, consider the large mess made when one miixes in the subtle effects of "family values," morals, personal ethics, and that whole bucket of stew - there's really only one name for the change in state:
Essentially (and theoretically), everyone is allowed to say what they want and the legal system will decide whether it was appropriate or not. That's the guarantee - that voices won't be silenced BEFORE they are heard. Afterwards is a different story.
Are you insane? So, it would be perfectly reasonable for me to have criticized Clinton back when he was in office for lying under oath, and being sentenced to Federal rape-me-in-the-ass prison for a year, just as long as the courts said it was okay?
thanks to the 1994 gun control act you can't get magazines with capacities greater than 10 rounds unless you're a cop. This is only true of new magazines. Pre-ban mags for (in this case) Glocks are quite plentiful, albeit expensive.
Thus the Taurus holds as many rounds as any 9mm you're going to purchase unless you're lucky and can find a pre-ban Glock, HK or Sig magazines, which are not cheap. Self-defeating point. Typically, someone who pays more than $500 for a 9mm isn't counting cost as a primary factor. Thus, a standard (in this example) Glock with 17+1 +P carts is not rare or unusually difficult to aquire.
For the price of one 15 round Glock magazine I was able to purchase three 10 round Taurus magazines. Doubtless; 17 and 15 round Glock mags run close to $100 apiece. They are currently not cost effective. (Yay, 2004 sunset clause!)
Secondly I'm a decent shot. I don't need 15 rounds to get the job done. If I do I have extra clips. Problem: trained police officers are only going to hit their targets (quick google for police accuracy "under stress") 20-35% of the time at close (~7 yards) range! Since the legal only way for you to use deadly force is in the face of an immediate threat to your life, it is a given that you will be under stress. Calculate your odds. (More on this in the next paragraph.)
Thirdly, if I want to I can load this up with some 230 grain Federal HydraShoks, which will put far more hurt on someone than any standard 9mm round. Does the name "Mark Coates" ring a bell? The state trooper shot a fat perp in the torso with his.357 magnum four times, after which the perp shot the trooper once with a.22. Who died? Trooper Mark Coates. In order for a bullet to be effective, it must damage a vital organ or disrupt the nervous system to a certain extent. "Stopping power" and "energy transfer" are largely bunk. You must damage or destroy vital areas of an attacker to stop the attacker.
Fifthly 9mm is for pussies and idiot gang bangers. The statement is purely subjective and without any factual basis.
In closing, a bullet of any calibre is a deadly, lethal projectile. True, some are more effective than others, but once you break down the facts, you'll note that the difference against unarmored targets is largely marginal. The whole system matters: wound channel size, recoil, capacity, accuracy - it boils down to pure personal preference.

Still sounds like you're packing a 9mm with only 60% magazine capacity. Just FYI.
Note that the link points to a.45 calibre pistol. Note that bullets of 115 grains generally belong to the 9mm class of handguns. If you didn't make a mistake, then may I ask why you feel the need to take the advantages of a standard.45 and turn it into a gimp 9mm? Just buy a G17 and have 80% more ammo available.
Consumerism is a choice! Do you want a flashy new car? If so, then you (rhetorical "you") have chosen to saddle yourself with debt to the tune of $10K to $40K or more. What's that? You need transportation? Travel by bus, bike, or foot; if that isn't acceptable, select a used vehicle and take a little time to learn how to take care of the basics. Shiny new toys? Well, must you have them to live until tomorrow? If not, then you can do without them. Certainly, one can buy whatever they like, up to their credit limit, but make no mistake... choosing to live an "oppressed and powerless" lifestyle due to debt is a choice.
Disclaimer: I'm not sure how one would remain debt -free when purchasing a house. Rent is akin to throwing money down a rat hole, though, so there is some merit to that aspect of "debt."
The SNARE folks say they are working to get C2-style auditing capability in the kernel, since the old hooks were broken/fixed in 2.4.21. This is a big feature that is keeping Linux from being a "serious" player in "secure" environments, such as certain government-controlled areas.
