  1. Re:Haven't we heard this before? on Apple's Leopard Strategy to Kill Microsoft and Dell? · · Score: 2, Interesting

Is anyone else tired of hearing the hardware comparisions, with umm no you are wrong attached to them? Some one please PROVE your comment. Apple computers are more expensive by Dell every time that I compare them. No matter what machine you are talking about. I just priced up a an Inspiron 6400 vs Apple MacBook Pro base model. Same basic stats except that Inspiron only would a min of 1GB RAM and 120GB HD and I upgraded the video and display so it would be closer:

    Apple MacBook Pro $1999.00
    Inspiron 6400 $1212.00

I don't see this Apple is cheaper with same equipment comment. Looks like I save $700 dollars with Dell. And if I don't care about the 128MB ATI video card and Ultrasharp monitor it drops to $1073. I could even throw in Windows XP Pro to really even the OS and I still save $550/$750.

    Am I missing something?

  2. Outlook and Pictures on Batch-o-Moz: Firefox, Thunderbird, Suite Released · · Score: 1

I have always wanted to stop using Outlook actually in fact Windows. However, Outlook has the email option to resize the pictures without needing to create a new picture. So far I cant find any other email app to do this function. Can the community help me?

  3. Responsibility on Comcast Cuts Infected PCs' Network Connections · · Score: 1

I want to start by saying what Comcast has done is great. However, I think in doing something like this, they also have a responsibilty to their users. Their service should include access to free spyware, spamware and antivirus software. Technicians should install the software when they install the modem/service. The software should auto-update and also be availble for download to existing users.

You can't assume everyone understands computers. Offer a way to help everyone.
