Check of your state is a "right to work" state. In those states you can quit for no reason anytime and not have to give notice. The flip side is you can be fired for no reason with no notice.
My problem is staring at the screen for a long time. I have "dry eye syndrome"; my eyes don't produce as much tears are they used to. Taking breaks to blink and stare at a distance helps as does various "natural tears" eye drops. The natural tear products you can use as oftem as needed and the "... get the red out..." products you can only use 2-3 times a day.
I have two apps on my Palm: one generates passwords, another stores them in a "vault" with a master password. Works well especially the password generator. I just select upper/lower/mixed case, alpha characters and how long to make the password string. Copy-paste into the password vault. Done.
I use my M500 with a password vault app to store my logins/passwords. I only have to remember one password to access them (and remember to have my Palm handy;) )
I use one of the Goldthouch split keyboards. Works great. The most fun is watching the IT Support folks try to find the various keys such as the number pad.
BTY: the latest ergonmic info says to use the wrist rest to rest the wrist not to use it while typing.

I have also found this a very useful book. Cheaper than other SQL books such as those from Oracle.

Hope this helps.
