How do they know the 12 year old girl was the one on the computer at the time the downloading occured? I'm assuming they only have one Kazaa account for the whole family, so maybe the mom was actually doing it, and throwing it on the daughter to get out of settling it (which i doubt will work)
are they going to sue the thousands of users that have this username (ie, anyone who has KLite and didn't change the name), or are they really just that stupid?
What's porn ever done to you personally? If you don't like it, don't look for it. You have every right not to see it, and also not see it. If it was "forced" upon you by some company and their advertising scheme, go ahead and flip out, call a lawyer, whatever.
And if anyone tries to use the "Porn is morally degrading our society... blah blah blah" argument, the same can be said of all general media. I don't think Pokemon and Friends are improving society in any way.
i dont know about other locations, but here on Long Island (EST) football usually ran over futurama's time slot. i rememebr several occasions when i was screaming "2 MINUTES IN FOOTBALL LASTS HALF A F*CKING HOUR"
i believe that it's because of machines that humans stopped evolving. instead of having to adapt physically, we use machines / computers to adapt the world FOR us.
