Well i got there email, asked them not to sell my info. Then i got another email saying it didnt work. Anyone else have this trouble? They submit their form to an email address which i always thought was bad practice
ARGH!!!...if you check out the Mandrake site they have a link of their homepage showing how 8.1 is alot like windows XP. Is it a good thing that a Microsoft OS and a Linux OS have so much in common?
is it so much harder to do:
for($x=1;$x=20;$x++)
{
print "-"
}
or:
my $line;
for($x=1;$x=20;$x++)
{
$line.= "-"
}
print $line
...again i ask what is the big savings in word math?
if enterWorld == $salut[0]
print "\n" + "Yes. Hello World would be
polite.\n"
break
else
print "You say '", enterWorld, "'?!\n" + "You
humans are so rude!\n"
end
argh...it has a conditional structure like Visual Basic. Thats just what need another language like C# that claims to modern and able to do it all. I will stick with a tried true like perl, Yes i actually can remember to put a semicolon at the end of a statment. Speeds up development my arse.
$salut = $salut * 3
will result in the following:
Oh, I am sorry. I didn't mean to warn you...
Oh, I am sorry. I didn't mean to warn you...
Oh, I am sorry. I didn't mean to warn you...
I am sorry but i dont see the point in performing math operations on a strings. Oh, the line noise of Ruby...

Actually, I do a lot of work in the Dept. Of Corrections and they are very slow to upgrade. In fact the browser of choice in this circle is Netscape. Maybe it has more to do with a dislike of Microsoft.
actually, you can do remote gui logins through terminal services. All it does is run your commands as a seperate thread and then pipe the output back to your client to be processed by your machine. It has some security holes in it though, another quality product from microsoft.
Actually, AOL and Microsoft are fighting right now over the instant messaging market. AOL was willing to let netscape die, but i dont it wants to give up its huge market to msn.
I seriously doubt that egyptians used kites to build the pyramids. If i recall my ancient warfare correctly it over 10 years to make a single bow. A kite big and strong enough to do the job would not be cost effective when you consider all that free labor in slaves. But I seem to recall that the real purpose of this experiment was to be able to over kites as a viable construction option to poor countries.
Ummm.... how do you explain the huge following that many anime shows have? Or all the people who love Yoda? I think people get attached to a character regardless if the "actor" is real or not. If the character is good people will get attached to it.
no shyte sherlock. it was a joke. Though maybe you need the ;) to know when someone is kidding?
600 GB hard drive
