That link didn't work btw... what's the drill?

Team Fortress is the best team based FPS game out there. Counter Strike is allright but once you learn to bunny hop and conc and do all other sorts of rocket and grenade jumps to cap the flag... CS feels like yer in glue.

This guy also fails to mention that the original Team Fortress was a Quake mod, and then Team Fortress Classic was immensely popular throughout it's release with Half-Life.

I haven't had an internet connection for some time now and I'm going nuts. I'm a half life player but I started out playing quake, I just really want to watch this demo... I downloaded the q3demo and the demo of zero and fatality but how can I view this?

I put it into q3ademo\and anywhere else that looks plausible but it's a .dm_66 and the other demos are .dm3 and look like they're built in to the pak0.pk3 file or something...

any quake hackers have any advice how to run this .dm_66 file or where I can get a .avi or media file to view... if that's possible.

blocking port 80 incoming is not such a big issue for Joe User because who the hell would run a webserver using win9x? The more serious injustice to the client is the port 25 outgoing, which is as someone posted in an earlier thread a way to confuse Joe User and convince him that he needs to pay more money for a would-be standard service at any other provider. I work for a web hosting outfit and we have set up our SMTP servers to accept requests on port 30 as well. I don't see the big need to run a webserver from home anyways... and if you are and you want to foot around and test, again like many others have posted, use 8080, or 31338 or 9673.
