    My point? They are exactly the same as every other Communist government. Thus, at this point, we can infer that this is how Communist governments act. i.e. This is communism. Whatever it was that Marx espoused and what you were taught that communism is, in school, is incorrect or misapplied.

    Thus, calling them Communist is entirely accurate.

    Personally, I think the X.509 certificate should at least include the name, age, country, and postal code of the person. The age is to let people filter out kids, and the postal code is to differentiate people with the same name.

    Seriously? Have you bothered to work out any of this in your head or are you so insulated from reality that you think everyone lives in a first-world country where nobody is beheaded or tortured for making unpopular political views?

    Off the top of my head, I could come up with a half dozen ways to make it easy for a legit person to sign up for a service and difficult for spammers to created hundreds or thousands of bogus accounts..

    1 idea would be a cryptographic computational puzzle... Something that might take a random PC or phone a minute or two to solve. Maybe more than that.... whatever it takes to make it not too much of a pain-in-the-ass for someone legit, but non worthwhile for a spamfucker.

    Or maybe a multi-faceted approach... Users can click a button "nobody is going to torture me" and opt to link acct to cell phone.. Or "send my validation code via snail mail" and then a second button could say "I'll opt for the 30 min crypto challenge because my government is barbaric and hates freedom"

    But any system that demands you divulge too many details about yourself... Fuck that...

    That letter isn't from the revolution. It's during the drafting of the constitution. He's not referring to Great Britain. He is talking about the government that is being created.

    You are partially correct when you say the militia was there to help. This is supported by the fact that the states were also given the power to levy war if there was no time to wait on the federal government. BUT, the founding fathers intended that gun ownership NEVER be infringed by the Federal Government. That's why it is in the Bill of Rights. All 10 amendments deal directly with YOUR rights and prohibiting the Federal Government from fucking with them.

    Article 9 makes that abundantly clear The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

    Repeat this to yourself until you get it: "All 10 of the Bill of Rights inform the Federal Government that it may not do SOMETHING or MANY THINGS. Not a single power is GIVEN to the Feds in the articles. Every bit of text is a prohibition on the government."

    The clocks at my primary school would reset themselves daily. We could have had a 1s drift by the end of the day and never notice because every 6 am they'd all 'sync up'.

    Wow. I had forgotten all about those. When I saw your post I remembered those at my own primary school as well.

    I vaguely recall being there outside of the normal school hours (maybe a parent-teacher-student meeting or something) and seeing the clock in the room speed way up to the point the minute hand was moving quite a bit faster than the second hand normally did, and then once the correct time was reached the clock returned to running at normal speed.

    I'm guessing the clock had been running fast and needed to zip all the way around to reach the correct time. I suspect had it been running slow it would have only taken a moment to zip forward to the correct time.

    You know, not everything was always made cheaply/shoddily in China. The pre-2000's was full of companies that actually made decent stuff. I personally know people who will buy a $5 widget once a month (when it breaks) rather than shell out for a $25 widget that will last a year because "It's cheaper and it's gonna break anyhow". It's like you people are devoid of the ability to see the value of quality. Fucking everything is shit now because of you dead-brains. I still see land-line telephones in operation that are approaching 70 years old, because they were made to last.

    Most companies that made decent products simply could not continue to do so once you retards became a dominate spending force. Selling your widget to 10% of the population while 90% of the population buys the cheap piece-of-shit ripoff/clone doesn't encourage anyone to continue making decent products....

    The framers DID NOT WANT A GOVERNMENT RUN MILITIA. They were terrified of standing armies and they did not trust the government. They did not even trust the one they had just created as evidenced by the Bill of Rights - which DOES NOT GRANT YOU FREEDOMS. The Bill of Rights PROHIBITS THE GOVERNMENT FROM INFRINGING THEM.

    It was the GOVERNMENT that was put on notice. YOU MAY NOT DO THIS, YOU MAY NOT DO THAT.

    Most of the freedoms in the Bill of Rights were considered Self Evident. Most people naturally know they have a right to self-defense, to the preservation of their own existence. It's why we have a self-preservation INSTINCT. It was a uniquely American situation when these right was CODIFIED INTO SUPREME LAW.

    GUNS ARE PROTECTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT. You need not take my word for it. You can read the Federalist Papers, which are the notes and thoughts of the framers during the time of the Constitution. It explains what they were thinking, what the intent was, what the grand plan was. We don't have to guess.

  21. I've been using Yahoo (I got PO'd by Google's AMP a while back) and it's pretty decent. It's only about once a week or so when I can't find the result I was looking for in the first couple pages and I have to re-try the search in Google.

    Except..... Yahoo search is powered by Google. There's only two US-based search engines (of any decent market share) anymore.... Google and Bing.

    In October 2015, Yahoo reached an agreement with Google to provide services to Yahoo Search through the end of 2018, including advertising, search, and image search services.

    The total body count for Communism is indeed quite high, but it fails to take into account the fact that they've had a lot longer to do it, and much greater resources at their disposal. The only reason the Nazis' count isn't higher is that they ran out of time: given a larger empire and several decades, there can be little doubt that they'd have done far worse.

    But there is doubt. We don't know what they would have done. We only know what they did do and what the Socialists did. When you compare the two, it's the socialists who racked up the higher body count. By far.... Like, it's not even close. Do I suspect the Nazis would have been just as bad? Yeah... But I can't present that as evidence because it's not. However, I can show you the atrocities of the socialists and I can present it as evidence, because it did happen. It's history, not speculation.
