Also, explaining to you why things work they way they do isn't actually a prerequisite of thinking that your entitlement complex is unreasonable.

That's because the setting in a:c that blocks autoplay, also largely breaks HTML5 video altogether. You'll find a lot of stuff won't play at all with that setting enabled.
Such is the price of mandatory-minimum vengeance policies, paid out to the private sector.
