There's only one problem with that. Yes, we're not looking to just get laid, but (especially in the 18-early 20's range) most other people are. And not just the guys...and before I get flamed for saying that, listen up.

If females in that age group WERE looking for meaningful relationships they wouldn't allow themselves to fall into one short-term transient relationship after another. Its not as if its difficult to recognize the 90% of us guys that are just looking for sex, its terribly obvious. I see this all the time living in a dorm...and it saddens me a great deal.

If you're in a position to help someone and it doesn't cost you anything but a little bit of intellectual effort, why not do it for free?

Yeah, it'd be nice to be paid...but frankly I'd rather know that there's one more slightly less ignorant person out there in the world than have a couple of bucks. And hopefully your favor may be returned at some point in the future.

This just reminds me far too much of something corp wage slaves in SR would be required to do. For those that know what I'm talking about, I'm sure the comparison is shall we say, disturbing.

The only weapon we all have, regardless of circumstance, is our refusal. And a simple 'no' flusters people more than the loudest of protests.

I'm not a law student either, but I do believe your correct here. HOWEVER, how many schools give constitutional rights even to students that are 18 or 19? Not very many I'm willing to bet (and neither of the highschools I attended).

We are moving toward equalibrium, but more importantly, there are a finate number of states that life can exist in. I suggest most of you take a look at "variation within kind" logic for a better take on who/what we are. Could support creationism, and is much more sound logic than evolution without boundries. >If you are going to argue against evolution, or anything for that matter, at least you could use complete sentances. I can't really find your point in that mess. If you want to try again, I'll be happy to discuss this with you. Or maybe this is some kind of joke, and I have no sense of humor today.... When I read the original post I thought it sounded vagulely familiar, and I finally figured out where i think I've heard it. I may be completely wrong here, but this sounds a lot like some stuff in a book called The Celestine Prophecy. Which, incidentaly is a work of fiction. Now, granted, that makes it just about as valid as most religious texts (which is to say, not scientifically valid at all).
