Few "glorified account" with silly titles would have seen any value, in what turned out to be a gold mine. Stevens job did... and stroke gold. Pragmatism is for the mentally challenged.     Like mandating catalytic exhaust in Los Angeles did not reduce the smog problem, right? Like for India to mandate cars to be electric by 2030 will not modify long term investments and R&D for the whole world?
