  1. Maybe living to graduation a plus on Chicago To Make Future Plans a Graduation Requirement (thehill.com) · · Score: 1

How about this Mr. Mayor. Let's just get more to live to graduate and not drop out and join gangs you idiot. Understanding the problem is the first step to solving it Mr. Mayor

  2. Sadly most people's problems are the result of a failure to read agreements, do their homework and read other people's bad reviews. They fall into a too good to be true deal that ends up being a nightmare. Rather then accepting they are mostly to blame, they would rather find the company at fault. If more people just stopped giving bad companies business, maybe they actually would provide better service or go out of business.

  3. Here's how to stay private on Facebook Can Track Your Browsing Even After You've Logged Out, Judge Says (theguardian.com) · · Score: 1

Stay off social sites, don't join any social sites, don't ever believe the internet owes you privacy. Or any browser, operating system or software and apps. You want privacy it's you job to be selective on how you access the internet. Facebook is not there to protect your privacy since it provides you a service for free. Which you can freely decline to use if you do not agree with their agreements. Don't waste court time for frivolous whining about privacy.

  4. Edge is usable now on While Chrome Dominates, Microsoft Edge Struggles To Attract New Users (neowin.net) · · Score: 1

I definitely think Edge is usable now. But Chrome is far more compatible on many devices. Edge is locked to Win 10 a big disadvantage and even Win 10 users seem to have ignored it. Edge might have a advantage in battery life? Kind of debatable the significance of that. So it's possible some users have tried Edge and weren't compelled enough to switch.

  5. Wasted space on Opinion: Google Unleashes Terrible New Update For Google News Upon the Net · · Score: 2

A lot of redesigns lately for web sites are all about this form of creating less with more. I don't know who complains about stuff too tightly place together? But it could have something to do with more developers using higher resolution screens. Or the are developing for gorilla fingered people using tablets. I'd rather have a more condensed news story list then have to scroll more.

  6. Just proves how broke everyone is on London Metropolitan Police's 18,000 Windows XP PCs Is a Disaster Waiting To Happen (mspoweruser.com) · · Score: 1

You can make arguments for keeping old outdated operating systems and software around. But the end reason is lack of funds to put forth a real upgrade plan. Nobody seems to have a plan to move past a certain point. It like they are locked in the past, unable to invest in the future. If the London police only upgrade to Win 8.1 it means buying only a couple years until another crisis in expired support happens. Unfortunately the advances in operating systems seems to present problems as well as solutions to those who operate them in government and business.

  7. What's with their fines? on Texting While Driving Now Legal In Colorado -- In Some Cases (kdvr.com) · · Score: 1

So a adult gets a $300 fine for inappropriate texting. But a teen gets only a $50 one? Leave it to Colorado to make excuses for bad behavior. Any texting would be a distraction by default. But then again since making weed legal traffic accidents and DUI's have gone up significantly. But no fine will stop most from this obsession with instant communication.
