In my experience the downloading of MP3's have served to promote artists, not to deprive them.
This can also hold true when it comes to software. I am a professional designer who uses photoshop and the like at work, yet as a student I used warez versions simply because I could not afford the price of the software. Later, I land myself a job and ask the boss to buy those same packages for me to use professionally.
Theft or promotion?
If it wasn't for warez not a single designer would have enough experience to land their first job!
He should fire himself as director. He's got a good eye but is terrible with actors and dialogue. Why not hand over the films to some decent directors?
David Fincher directs "The Clone Wars" anyone?
Fincher was at one point interested in directing an episode.
Even the obscure Irvin Kershner, who did a great job with Empire (easily the best of the films), would be a vast improvment.

Aw bugger! Sorry to hear that.
He directed 'The Empire Strikes Back'(a great film even if you hate Star Wars). He's a far better director than Lucas.
George's number two at Lucasfilm and favoured second unit director is Roger Christian. The genius who brought us 'Battlefield Earth'.
