Those signing below hereby state their desire to have the fatal chemical, dihydrogen monoxide (hereby referred to as "DHMO"), immediately banned from use in governmental and industrial utilities.
We desire this action for the following reasons:
1. DHMO is the most prevalent greenhouse gas. It causes more global warming than carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and methane combined.
2. DHMO is a colorless, odorless constituent of many known toxic substances, diseases, and disease-causing agents.
3. DHMO has lead to many environmental hazards, accelerates erosion, is the primary component of acid rain, and has a profound impact on wild life. The damage is costing billions of dollars.
4. DHMO has many immediate, personal dangers. Found in volumes as small as a single vial, it can cause second and even third degree burns if it contacts bare skin. Death frequently results from the accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in reletively small amounts.
5. DHMO has been found in tumors excised from cancer patients.
I concure. Though if you account for all the time it saves I think it the cost is well worth it. You can get it for as low as $40-50 per server. Most of the time savings come with alowing your customers to manage just about any aspect of there hosting without having to bother you about them. This is especialy true if you get Fantastico, a one time payment of around $100, and adds alot of extra little things like forum templates, etc. Another great thing about cPanel is WHM. Especialy if you are like me and web hosting is not your core business, it realy takes care of most system administration work for you, and does it well. The one gripe I have is the documentation, it could use some better documentation, since they do things there own way in some cases, but eventualy I have managed to get through all my problems without too much trouble.
Yeah, as do all arguments in fields that are on a more theoretical basis. Creationists as well as evolutionists both change thier theories as to the events that got us where we are today when presented with new evidence, that doesn't mean anything, I believe God created everything, how he did it is still of great intrest and something that no current theory fully describes, and I'm not all the gaps will ever be filled, any honest evolutionist would also have to admit that it is unlikely they will every fill all the gaps, but that is to be expected.
Ok, ill admit the pattern when I can see it. I've taken the bio courses on evolution, and no I'm not attending a religious school, and I don't see the pattern. There are very few fossils that could be even possibly by evidence of a pattern. I don't consider a single incomplete fossil much evidence of a pattern between two very different spiecies.
To be honest I dont have any reference, I got that from talking to a Secret Service agent a few years back. But it realy isn't that extraordinary, this right here is an example of it though, the girl had commited no crime, but it was not a voluntary interview.
The limited resources is the reason they show up at all there doors for a visit. Its a lot easier to just stop by for an hour an have a nice chat than it is to actualy investigate them, and since there job is to prevent the crime rather than piece it together after the fact, its usualy just as effective, if the subject actualy was trying something, they will usualy have second thoughts after a visit from the Secret Service.
The point of the trip wasn't so much to investigate, it was to let the girl know that they are watching, just in case she realy was panning on doing something. The Secret Service makes it a habit to come and visit just about everyone they consider a posible threat, no matter how unlikely they will actualy do anything.
I'm going to reply to you even though my comments are more of a general reply to everyone here who clearly doesnt understand how the Secret Service operates.
The Secret Service has two branches, the "police" branch, the one that investigates forgeries and counterfiting, etc, and the "security" branch, the one that is responsible for protecting not only the president, but other high level goverment officials, lilke the VP, etc. You dont have to do anything illegal for this Secret Service to investigate you. In fact most of the people they investigate have and probably will never commit an illegal act. This is essentialy a shake down, this girl may or may not be an actual threat to the president, in fact it's very unlikely that she was, but however small the risk, it is the Secret Services responsibility to keep an eye on her. Visiting her was not done to gather information on her, or see if she was actualy a threat, there are far better ways to do that, but if the Secret Service had to keep a close eye on every nutjob, or possible threat to the president, they would need far more resources than they have. So instead they make a nice friendly visit, this is one power that the Secret Service has that no other law enforcement agency in the US has, they can force someone who has commited no crime to talk to them. Once again though, this isn't for gathering information, rather, the point is to let the target know that they are being watched, after all someone who feels they no longer anonymous is less likely to go ahead with plans they may have, so by leting every possible threat they can find know ahead of time that they are being watched, they hope to scare off those few who may have actualy gone through with anything, and accomplished it with far less manpower.
"It's an interesting read, and shows voters supporting Kerry as being more in tune with the events and world attitudes surrounding the war in Iraq."
No, it shows that Kerry supporters are more in tune with the attitudes of the group doing the study, and with you. To what extent Iraq had a WMD program is still up for debate, it's clear he had intent, but not so clear exactly what he was acomplishing. I'm sure if I looked I could find a lot of conservative sources that would say the oposite, ie, "Bush supporters more in events and world attitudes surrounding war in Iraq." We all are seeing the same evidence, the same events, but with different world views its pretty obvious there are going to be differences in our perseptions.
Wow, if you think you have an understanding of gravity, theres a Nobel Prize coming your way, because as of now there is none. Gravity just is, thats why it has the mysterious name "force" associated with it, because thats all we know, that it exists, and to a good extent what behavior it will cause, but no one has anything other than ideas as to how it works.
So basically you just want to spread around as much misery and bloodshed as possible.
"Let them and their kids go breath some DU dust, smell burning/decomposing bodies, watch a few friends die horrible deaths, and be forced to live off a private's salary."
You are actually WISHING, willfully HOPING that these people loose friends and loved ones for the benefit of your anti-war views. In my opinion that make you spineless coward, and scum. The military as it is, is made up of Volunteers, ie people who had the courage to put there money where there mouth is, people who wanted to serve there country. I would be willing to bet that you're the kind of heartless bastard that gets excited every time our soldiers die, or terrorists execute someone new, because it just goes to prove your views that the war is evil. Even if I agreed 100% that war was always an evil thing, and should be stopped at all costs, there is no justification for hoping misery and loss of life on others and there families. Yeah war sucks, everyone knows that, no sane human will tell you otherwise, but what you do is worse.
You can't simply blame the problem on the user. Even if I do everything possible wrong on my linux box, and I often do, just because its often easier than doing things the correct way, it won't crash, and wont die. In order to keep a windows box up for a year without crashing, you can't use the stupid thing, no installing and removing lots of programs, or power using the box, its pointless. If you have to be nice to the machine in order keep it alive, you can't realy call it stable.
Exacly. I work at a medium sized ISP, and thier is nothing that can be done to make everyone happy. We have had customers leave because of too much SPAM or because thier email from grandma or from some business who can't set thier DNS up correctly didn't come through.
We'v e finaly put the finishing touches on a system that will allow every one to set up custom whitelist and choose the level of blocking they want, but we still block anyone who doesn't have thier DNS configured properly, or the load on our mail filters would more than double.
If some one doesn't like that were blocking thier important email because the admin on the other end is too lazy or just doesn't know what thier doing, thats just too bad, we tell them to take it up with the senders mailhost. Not much else we can do.

If eveolution is to be true, it needs a starting place, so yes primordial soup-type arguments are correctly placed in the same sphere as evolution.
He didn't even stop anything, his was the first administration to ever fund stem cell research with government money.

The weapons were almost exlusively used on the civilian populations.
