I've used WinVNC (or Tridia's package of it) for some time. It can spike the CPU on slower (PPro, slower PIIs) machines, but IMHO is very good for what it does. We ditched PC Anywhere in favor of VNC and even use in on HP-UX boxes in some cases.
Best of all, I can admin all my NT servers from my non-M$ desktop, which tickles me with glee every day.
