Anyway, if you're not meant to be taken seriously, and you don't take me seriously, should I seriously care?

    LMAO!

"To be honest, the only reason I replied..."

Come on dude, you can't fool me! The reason you replied was in the "P.S." at the bottom, cunningly disguised as a brief thought. You were angry about my comments about VB being a Script Kiddie tool, and that XP not crashing is fantasy.

Script Kiddie? I don't think so, and I'm not going to waffle on about what I can or can't do (as there's no proof). I'm not going to lie as to why I responded to your post either.

And hey, if I like to respond to trolls is that a crime? Anyway, I bet you it ain't a troll... I bet it was you in disugise. Even if it wasn't, you obviously believe the guy is right.

    Psychology 101 anybody?

I most certainly shall come again! Thanks!

And while we're on the compliments, I viewed some of your previous posts... and you're talking about taking me seriously!!

    Discredit: to cast doubt on.

This is what Micro$oft do - Gates, Ballmer, they thrive on it.
Since when have Micro$oft been honest? Dang, they even blatantly lie in court! What do you think their sales team is going to do... show people the truth of Micro$oft's greater power, cheaper cost, higher security, easier maintanence? Will they tell people that Linux is going nowhere, could crumble at any moment, that Micro$oft have bigger goals and can provide them with a secure future?

The power of your socks is in the stench

"XP NEVER EV3R CRASHES!!"... if that were true, don't you think Mr Gates would be shouting it out? About all he can muster is "...it's a more stable product". LOL! NEXT!!!!!!

There are plenty of valid reason to choose Linux over Windows in the server market, and the Linux community doesn't have to secretly go around telling people that. Linux is open, and in more than source code.

The closed-source attitude of Micro$oft reflects their nature... secretive, creepy, plotting your downfall, baby slaughtering... etc.

What Micro$oft does is to go to people privately, tell them a load of crap, and convince them that Windows is secure, cheap, and beneficial for them. Microsoft have changed the minds of Governments that were ready to switch to Linux, makes you wonder what they did. Anyway, whatever it is, they're keeping it secret, so obviously it's a pile of trash they're feeding to gullible people. This should prompt countries to ask the question... "What is an technically ignorant jerk doing running our country! Are you going to cause us Billions of bucks worth of trouble so that you can have that fantastic, world-reknowned Micro$oft Windows?". It's funny that the operating is called "Windows", as that's generally where burglars enter. Am I getting somewhere here folks? Amen?

If they really had a stand against Linux, don't you think Micro$oft would spread the word? As far as I've seen, the only open attacks upon Linux have been FUD, and that even from the likes of head honcho's Gates and Ballmer (the cancer guy).

Micro$oft pray on the dumb, gullible, and ignorant. Well, that's how it appears. Of course, if Micro$oft would like to tell us in detail how they plan to change people from Linux to Windows, maybe we'll all see the light and scrap Linux...

    Micro$oft, it's over to you.

  8. To crash, or not to crash? on Is StarOffice Ready To Take On Office? · · Score: 1

I stopped using Microsoft Office 2000 a while back, Outlook was a bug-pie, I found that I used Notepad most of the time, and Word 0% of the time. Microsoft Office apps generally have bells and whistles that 90% of people don't need. If somebody sends you a Word document, you can open it in Star Office and not have to stoop so low as to run Word. Star Office is free, version 6 will be out soon, and hopefully will be a step up. Even with Windows I only use WordPad if pushed (which is generally all most people really need). But people always like to have the most expensive stuff these days, not because they use it, but just to brag to other people that they have the money to spend.
