    Then you're not really trying. The difference is that twitter would ban anyone for certain content within their posts, not just a particular group of people (supposedly, not saying this is perfectly enforced). These homophobic bakers are refusing to provide service specifically to a protected class that they would otherwise provide to their customers. It's clearly different.
