Q: Why would 99.9999% of internet users ever bother with crypting their emails anyway?
Q: Why would a Terrorist use software that has a US/UK/UN backdoor, surely they'd write it themselves (hard) or download it from the net (easy)?
Q: Assuming most T's are small organisations surely they'd use replacement words, which unless you've infiltrated the group, you'll never understand.
Q: The UK government have been talking about bringing in ID cards in the face of the WTC horrors. Doesn't the US have ID cards already? Every time I wanted a drink in Las Vegas I got 'carded' and I'm 30, so it's not like they don't get checked.

JDK1.4 allows double buffering and full screen control, so start with that as a base (it's in beta at the moment)
If you do decide to use Java, go for something simple that is 2D based and tries to engage the mind rather than blister the fingers.

Once again, no evidence to show why he should have been viewed as anything other than a rich boy dilettante. At the time, that's all he was, son of a rich family of 50+ children playing war in Afghanistan, and even at that he was in supply and not on the front lines. Were the CIA to consider every fundraiser in the fight against the Soviets, during the Cold War, a future national threat? Why?
Because that is their job. The CIA are meant to futureproof USA foreign policy and they failed.
Stalin was a supply administrator, that was exactly where he got his power base. Drug lords don't walk the streets, they are work in supply. Bin Laden has always fought what he calls Imperialism, now if the CIA don't think that they might be seen as imperialists in the mind of this warped man then once again they are failing in their jobs. I'm pleased I don't pay taxes to employ these people.
The finical district in London has pretty much been evacuated apparently. We've got a some big towers and London is surrounded by airports and US military bases.
This is bad, my thoughts go out to the relatives and friends of those harmed in this terrible act. Like most Londoners I've witnessed terrorist attacks (on a much smaller scale) and it fills me with pure dread.
I only hope that it's the work of a small group, so that the retribution will cause minimal 'innocent' deaths.
