  1. Never received starter kit? on Why OpenSolaris Failed To Build a Community · · Score: 1

Every starter kit I ordered (3) did not show up at my doorstep. When I questioned Sun, they said it was either at the post office (which it wasn't) or it was "lost in transit, feel free to order another kit at no cost." Cheers, thanks Sun.

Before the PS3 was released as a gaming console, the company my brother works for (aerospace, not a gaming company) received a few from Sony that were for development only and will not play games at all. Indeed.. they could also slap web-based server management on all your machines and fire you with the reason that "we can manage them from the uhh.. website now." But that was a very small IT company I worked for, who doesn't bother changing the locks on the building or the alarm security code. (Nice security practices, har har.)
