Correct me if I am wrong but few years after the second world war, the UN (or another organization of allied) desided to devide Palestina in two.
One part was to be "given" to the jews, the rest was to continue to stay the country of the palestinians.
What the UN did, was to take an already inhabitat country (inhabited by palestinians)and divided it so that both jews and palestinians could live there. The country was choosen due to religious attatchment and "holy grounds", none ever thought of the palestinians during this process. The years that followed brought with it terror both from palestinians and jews, I will not say that some were better than others - but we must remember that it was jews who occupied the palestinians country. The country was devided in such order that the palestinians who made up the majority of the inhabitants, got the smallest part of the country. While the jews which at that point was a minority, was offered (!!!) the majority of the land-areal.
Something is wrong here, and I do not support terror-attacs which we have seen during the past days.
However, I think it is unnessesary of any of us to assume that any group could have done this. Remember the Oklahoma-bomber. Everyone thought it was palestinian terrorists, but it turned out to be one american. We do not know our enemy.
If any of us are going to say anything about the situation in the middle east - try to know your history even though it may hurt your pride, feelings and religious belives.
