The sig wasn't to judge if booth was right or wrong in his actions, just that he did act, in the name of his country.

While i agree with you, they could take that analogy to the point that what you do with your connection is similar to what you do in front of an open window facing the street.
Right, one is an opinion which you are legally able to voice for as long as the constitution still exists, while the other is a statement with no facts to back it up so it isn't protected ( at least i hope you don't have any facts.... )

I remember the same argument with cable ' since you are paying its commercial free', now its more commercial the content.
I hear there are commercials on some satellite radio stations now too.
Thats why my mp3 player has stuff on it that i like. i dont NEED radio, especially if the want me to pay more.
Its all free as far as i'm concerned.
Every mp3 player i have ( except my ipods ) has a FM receiver.
While true, its not getting 'internet radio' it does get radio reception at "a non-extortionate rate", when i want it. ( which isn't often )

We already have that, we pay for them via our taxes.

Personally I would call him 'Mr President'.
Reduced the number of channels you get on basic cable. This is how they protect their bottom line, screw the customer.
And people complain that i don't go read the articles and rely on summaries.
