On Inferno, has there been any activity at all the last few years from vitanuova? Seems like its totally stagnant at this point. Not flaming, but i cant see anything going on now.
They are letting far too many things happen, they are either asleep at the wheel, or have been paid off. Either way, us consumers are the ones that are going to lose in the long run. The ones they are supposed to be protecting.
If they are just wandering around recording everything they see, its bad. If they are going to limit to recording 'interactions' then its not much worse than dash cams.

I speaking from a purely legal standpoint, not the likely outcome. you intended to commit fraud, just as the people managing the webpage are. This is 2014. Is the '2 wrongs make a right' mandate now in effect and i missed the memo that somehow justifiable wrong is ok now?

Furthermore, if you were at my shop and started acting like a f-ing moron when you don't get your way on your time frame, you are simply a whiny brat and your business isn't welcome in the first place. Political 'speech' has far protection via concepts as copyright to prevent abuse. It needs to remain this way. Once you start down this path, in no time at all you wont be able to quote an opponent in political discourse without risk of being sued.

Now, back to the topic at hand, if you put up a website, regardless of content, with intent to defraud, that is a crime all by itself. We don't need more rules or laws to deal with that.
