I also have to deal with large storage solution, and i'm also considering HD storake, like WD 160gb firewire to store the backup. It can be a cheaper solution than tape backup...

What about people who was subscribing to hotmail and now they are no inform of that situation. People are stuck with hotmail.com/passport.net/msn.com account, so don't have choice to stay with MS.
Changing the rules is unfair.
MS should advise clearly all their customer of that situation.
In quebec, Canada, there is no Sys adm school. In college, or at university. I only found Teccart (www.teccart.qc.ca) that is able to offer you 3 years of Win2k/Netware/UNIX/different prog. lang. That is not bad, if you compare to the majority of prog school
