No, it's not. It's an unconstitutional shirking of their duty by the congress. The constitution does not permit them to delegate that power to the executive.

The Supreme Court decided that long ago

The Supreme Court often fails in its duty to uphold the constitution. How many more examples would you care to cite?

  7. There's plenty of REAL reasons to knock Willard. on Torvalds Uses Profanity To Lambaste Romney Remarks · · Score: 0

I'm getting really fucking sick of the media trying nail candidates on trivia, while they ignore the most important reasons why neither of the Ruling Party candidates are fit to hold any position of public trust. He told a joke about aircraft windows which a bunch of left-wingers didn't get. Who fucking cares?

THIS is one example why Willard's not fit to wield any governmental power ever again. This is depraved indifference to human suffering. I don't give a shit about him putting his dog on the roof of the car, and I don't give a shit about Obama eating dog meat.

But even aside from their many character flaws, there's an overarching reason to reject the Ruling Party candidates, and that's that neither of them will ever concede that our government is too powerful, and that we need to drastically reduce its powers.
