    Kathy Sierra at Creating Passionate Users has an interesting comment about glib speech.
    In way too many meetings, the fastest talkers win. And by "fastest talkers", I mean those who are the first to articulate an idea, challenge, issue, whatever. Too many of us assume that if it sounds smart, it probably is, especially when we aren't given the chance to think about it.

    This may work if you only have one machine behind the NAT. You can take a look at this Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 314053 to see how you do it.

    Basically use regedit to set -
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Service s\T cpip\Parameters\DefaultTTL
    D_WORD = 129 (decimal)

    I cannot say for sure why Arizona got one. I do know that Arizona has one of the Nations highest rates of growth. With all of the theaters going in around here they might just do one in digital. Second only to Nevada (66%) at 40% in growth. Fifth on the list in total numbers for growth from 1990-2000. 2002 Census Data
