If you think you _ARE_ speaking "Flawless" English, please go to Great Britain and ask the Brits there how's your "English".
It's one thing about people speaking English. It's another thing implying others speaking somehow "flawed" English.
The Aussies can say they speak "Flawless English", as well as the Canadians. But to the Brits, the definition of "flawlessness" is very much different from those of the Canadians or the Aussies - as well as the Americans.
By implying that ALL CHINESE ARE IMMORAL - with your "Chinese morality" subject heading - may I know where did you obtain your "moral certification", sir?
Speaking as a consultant whose works all over the globe, the best option is to ---
Set up a corporation in places that don't tax you to death - Hong Kong, Singapore, and Virgin Island come to mind.
Whatever you do, you do it under the corporation name - that is, you pay yourself (from the corporation sense) just enough to not pay too much personal income tax to Uncle Sam, and the remainder profit you can store in your "corporation".
With another layer of "corporate fat" to insulate you from the greedy fingers of the IRS, you can do much wonder.
What happens to AdCritic is not legal problem, but rather, the lack of business acument.
Look, advertisement is advertisement. Whether or not it's on the US teevee or British tube, it's still advertisement.
The problem of AdCritic is that it's too US centric, and when the US economy took a Southbound train, the entire operation went south with it.
If AdCritic wasn't focusing 100% of its operation on the US, there are still some other (profitable) things for it to report / critique, elsewhere in the world.
Believe me, I am an American, staying in a Gawd Awful Moslem country, where the ads are really, _really_ lousy. What is needed here is someone to critic these lousy ads, and AdCritics could have made a ton of mullah by doing it.
And I believe there are other places in the world equally needing the services of AdCritic.
China, for instant, has a BOOMING economy. And with 1.3 BILLION consumer population there, the payoff is huge.
Unfortunately, the folks of AdCritic never has the sight of the world beyond the border of United States.
Because in this Gawd Awful Moslem Country - one that constantly labels USA as "evil" and Osama Bin Laden as "Holy" - that I am living in, there is NO "flat rate".
APT-RPM is a God-send.
Many thanks to the good people who carried out that magnificient task !
Isn't it an already known fact that MOSLEMS' nerve get hooked with the infinite-loop growth?
First they accuse us of being evil.
Then, they did what they did to WTC - several years ago.
Then, they bomb our embassies.
Then, they accused us of being evil, again, after we take out some of their terrorist brethen.
And when everyone think the MOSLEMS' nerve stop growing, for a change, they bomb WTC, and this time they brought WTC down - with over 4000 innocent lives with it.
And when we take action against their terrorist brethen, again, them MOSLEM have the NERVE to call us EVIL - from Egypt to Malaysia to Pakistan - them MOSLEM vowed to KILL US ALL.
And I did downloaded source code for DR-DOS under the ABSOLUTELY NO-STRING ATTACHED condition.
Now... my question is - can I distribute the source to others?

What you said about FLTK is true, circa one-year-ago, but do try FLTK today, since it has improved quite a lot.
Even Mr. Alan Cox has pleasant comments about FLTK , look at his "diary entries", some months back.
By the way, the newest stable branch of FLTK is 1.0.11, and the new 1.1 branch is in beta testing.
And if that's not enough, there's a version 2.0 in development (sort of like proof-of-concept thingy) for the past year or so... Search in the "bazaar" section in the FLTK website (www.fltk.org) and you can download the much-in-development version 2.0 and test it out !!
I am not saying that QT isn't good, what I'm saying that FLTK has grown up quite a lot, for the past year !

I _really_ wish I can underclock my system (AMD XP 1900+)
But how ?
My mobo doesn't permit me to underclock it to 100 KHz.
At least, I don't think it'd go that low.

On the other hand, I can't find "www.slashdot.us" either.
If you think
So your definition of "modern way of slavery" is to get people of India trained to do your work ?
Now, now.... what that makes you, a _former_ slave?
For your information, not all the software pirates originate from China.
In the Good Ol' U. S. of A., there are lots of software pirates too !
To use your own rationale, then U. S. of A. can't be trusted either, since there _are_ software pirates living in it !
Wanna my 300 baud paperweight ?
You mentioned FLAC and other lossless codec format.
My question is - WHERE to find them?
Thanks in advance !
This may be somewhat off-topic.

Can anyone tell me if the project would be opened for everyone to participate?

It's easy to lament that something is not implemented.
But do you know that to really implement something _properly_ it takes real commitment - and not only sacrifies in money, time and effort ?
That is why I have utmost respect for those who participated in open-source projects.

Thanks for the recommendation for mySAP.
